Addressing the Impact of Sexual Harassment in Academia on the Career Choices of Women

Under the auspices of the National Academies standing committee on women in science, engineering , and medicine, an ad hoc committee has been appointed to conduct a study of sexual harassment in academia. The Academies process will be described as well as a summary of an initial workshop on the topic.
