Sexual Harassment in the Workplace: Overview of the Empirical Literature

In this presentation, I will overview the nature and prevalence of sexual harassment in the US workplace, as well as its antecedents and consequences. Additionally, I will discuss how both victims and organizations respond to the sexual harassment experiences, particularly considering what is and is not understood to be "effective."
