Policy Framework for Integrating All Activities of Innovation in China

Chinese government is implement national innovation-driven strategy since 2012. Therefore, there are systematic changes in STI policy to promote the integration of activities for creating S&T, economic, social and cultural value in China. This presentation analyzes the pattern of technology transfer from CAS to enterprises, introduces the IPR management in CAS and innovation policies in China, and points out policy measures & recommendations.
