Non-profits, academic institutions, and government agencies are investing hundreds of millions of dollars to harness the power of video games for learning, health, and social goals. Unfortunately, most of these organizations are not in a position to effectively manage the game development and publishing process. This talk will highlight strategies, best practices, and case studies for creating highly engaging, effective, and sustainable educational and therapeutic video games.
