Adapting Food Systems in Developing Countries to the Climate Change Challenge

The talk will describe a program that provides weather and climate information through a Systems Management Server to over 20 million Indian farmers through local computer-based networks. This approach is envisioned as a model for the delivery and exchange of appropriate and relevant technology at the grassroots level.
