With the upcoming November elections, and a number of House Science and Technology Committee Members retiring, this speaker could change. Dahlia Sokolov will give the initial Congressional reaction to the budget release which will give an indication of how well the new initiatives and priorities will be received and how likely they are to be in the enacted budget.
