The Astrobiological Exploration of Earth and Mars

The search for life on Mars is informed by studies of extreme environments on Earth. Likewise, questions of biological contamination have terrestrial counterparts to concerns regarding spaceflight missions. This presentation will examine these issues in the context of future missions and plans.
