If a picture is worth a thousand words, data visualization must be priceless! As social media and access to design software create opportunities for the visual communication of science, how can we best equip scientists to access and/or create infographics and images consistent with best practices in science communication? How can visual communication experts and practitioners support scientists in accessing tools and resources to translate their work?
