Silicon Valley has been celebrated as the pinnacle of tech entrepreneurship. Efforts to replicate its successes have met mixed results worldwide. Working with Founder’s Institute, I have observed a new movement in entrepreneurship promotion that works with local entrepreneurship ecosystems to determine its strengths and weaknesses. This approach is capable of capitalizing on local talent and address local challenges. During the panel I will discuss this shift in engaging the global community.
