Some proposed methods to remove CO2 from the atmosphere either mimic or seek to accelerate natural processes, whereas others are more closely akin to CO2 capture and storage from power plants. This talk will discuss, from a physical science perspective, how these methods might affect atmospheric CO2 concentrations and other components of the global carbon cycle.
