The Partnership for Enhanced Engagement in Research (PEER) program is one of USAID’s flagship science and technology programs. Through this program, USAID Washington and many USAID Missions support research that addresses local and global development challenges. The central aim of the program is to level the playing field for international collaborative research, allowing emerging country researchers to bring their ideas to the table and translate knowledge into action. This session focuses on monitoring and evaluating PEER’s impact, and presents the developing countries' unique perspective.
