Stakeholders in the Proposed Data-Sharing Policy

There are many stakeholders who have interests in gaining access to data from completed clinical trials including investigators not involved in a specific trial, other industry sponsors, advocacy groups and the general public. Sponsors, regulatory agencies, research agencies, and investors also have a stake in gaining access to such data.
