tranSMART is an open source knowledge management and analytics cloud platform enabling scientists to model and analyze relationships between ‘omics and phenotypic data in basic biomedical and clinical research studies. The tranSMART Data Repository includes access to federated sources of data, including open data projects and commercial knowledge bases. Open data projects include GEO, EBI Array Express, NCIBI, GCOD and a sharable subset of Thompson Reuters METACORE (tranSMARTFoundation.org).
