Dialogues To Promote Ecological Literacy Among the American Public

The Worldviews Network takes a collaborative approach to facilitating public dialogs about global change and local ecological impacts. We use immersive data visualizations and case studies on successful adaptation projects to motivate and increase ecological literacy among audiences. I will present evidence that our approach sparks stakeholder interest and motivates them to engage in designing positive, system-wide solutions that have a sustained impact on the community.
