Innovations will be presented for isolating and characterizing nanocellulose, producing additives for polyurethane finishes, and evaluating this biological polymer for water and air purification systems. Developed by The Finnish Centre for Nanocellulosic Technologies, a public and private consortium founded by VTT, the Aalto University and UPM, the science-based nanocellulose research is being adopted worldwide.
