Abstract

Our experiential learning model provides students with an understanding of some of the most critical problems facing rural India and empowers them to work towards solutions for the rest of their career. Nearly 40 percent time in our MBA Program in Rural Management spread over three differently designed modules is devoted to Experiential Learning. This unique learning initiative is organized with support of nearly 200 partner organizations in development and corporate sector.

We plan to expand this learning process to incorporate cooperative effort from students across the globe to find solutions to the problems of developing and developed nations. This presentation will discuss the current model and opportunities for its expansion to address Global Challenges.
