From Conceptual Framework to New Science Education Standards

This presentation will explain the process through which the NRC science education framework will get translated into science education standards and will discuss the impacts of standards on the quality of teaching and learning from a state and national perspective. Finally, the talk will provide some insights from an international comparative study on science education standards.
