The Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research (KISR), a pioneering independent national institute of scientific excellence, is home to more than 500 researchers and engineers and over 150 laboratories. Scientific research and technological consultations are undertaken in partnership with regional and international institutions for government and industry clients in Kuwait and the Middle East. This workshop will discuss ongoing opportunities for international collaboration, focusing on a major exchange initiative designed to facilitate cooperation between researchers and scientific organizations. The participants will discuss the Institute’s recent transformation program and its outreach for regional and international scientific partnerships.
