Open to the public Stephen H. Schneider (AAAS Fellow, past chair of Section W, and past member-at-large of Section W), a renowned climate scientist at the vanguard of climate-change research for four decades, died on July 19, 2010. Ralph Cicerone, Robert Dickinson, Peter Gleick, John Holdren, Alice Huang, Alan Robock, Terry Root, and others will give remarks. Refreshments will be served.
