This workshop will focus on the practical advice and shared experiences from a variety of fellowship programs including the AAAS Fellowship Program, the National Academies’ Mirzayan Fellowship Program, the UNESCO-L’OREAL Fellowship Program, and the Humboldt Fellowship Program. These programs are often an opportunity for participants to explore their interest in working in a variety of career pathways, including policy, international development, and advocacy work. A panel of previous fellows will share how their fellowship affected their career pathway and the lessons learned.
