Dr. Barwale-Zehr is a native of India and has first hand knowledge of the events that were necessary to educate policy-makers, farmers and the public for the 1st Green Revolution to be successful. She is a PhD scientist and can give the audience insight into what education will be needed for a 2nd Green Revolution.
