The concept of sustainability is simple – defining metrics and making decisions based on them is much more complex. Choices require understanding the almost inevitable trade-offs and making value judgments. For a corporation, it isn’t enough to fully embrace the principles of sustainable chemistry – it also needs tools and metrics that are relevant to the company, businesses, and projects.
