Rehabilitative Robotics

Dr. Bajcsy is a leading researcher in rehabilitative and assistive robotics.  She will describe her work developing methods to actively engage stroke in physical therapy and increase physical activity generally.  She will also touch on issues related to science policy and the challenges moving research advances out of the laboratory and into practice drawing on her perspective as a researcher as well as a former NSF CISE Director.
