Dr. Nisbet will speak on recent research on framing, highlighting ways of redefining climate change as an issue that connects closely to matters of faith and religious morality. Second, he will explore the potential of religious individuals as opinion-leaders who can influence their peers within their faith communities to become involved in climate action as citizens and consumers. Nisbet will explore lessons from Paris as a case study for science/policy leaders.
