Introducing the Toward High School Biology Curriculum Unit: : A Workshop for Middle School Educators

This workshop will give teachers, science education and curriculum specialists, and other practitioners the opportunity to find out more about AAAS’s new Toward High School Biology unit. Developers of the unit will demonstrate how the unit tackles some key problems in middle school science, how the unit aligns with Next Generation Science Standards, and more. Participants will explore the unit’s innovative activities and the online teacher resources and professional development that are available with the unit.
