Global engagement in STEM has become increasingly important as countries have increased their investments in research and innovation. Active efforts need to be taken to ensure inclusion of LGBT and other minorities in international collaborations. This session will share education and outreach activities through which the Department of State and USAID promote LGBT inclusion in STEM R&D overseas.
