Working with a variety of sectoral decision-makers, we have demonstrated how sea level rise alone can dramatically increase coastal flood frequency. Now, using the latest global climate model outputs as well as other sources of information, we demonstrated how possible changes in the strength and intensity of coastal storms can modify coastal flood frequency. Correlations between regional sea level rise and changes in storm strength are emphasized.
