For speakers and moderators only AAAS offers symposia speakers and moderators—at no cost—individual sessions with an expert Presentation Rx communication consultant during the AAAS Annual Meeting. Communication professionals will work with individuals to strengthen presentation style, organization, graphics, and delivery. Advance sign-up for this free service is available to meeting speakers and moderators online via meeting registration. Several of the consultants are also offering AAAS career development workshops in areas of science communication, which are open to all meeting attendees.
