Forum of Global FORA

By invitation only SciCom – Making Sense of Science is partnering with organizers of the world’s top science events to create a new grouping titled “Forum of Global Fora.” The aim is to create a dynamic hub of expertise that can support the success of new initiatives, such as the South African Science Forum or the International Network for Government Science Advice. Established events including EuroScience Open Forum 2016 Manchester, Science Agora Tokyo, and World Science Forum 2015 Budapest are also taking part. Luke Georghiou, Co-Champion of ESOF 2016 Manchester, will officially launch the call for scientific proposals. Peter Gluckman, Chief Science Adviser to the Prime Minister of New Zealand, will discuss “Building a Global Scientific Enterprise.”
