Deconvoluting Functional Components of the Microenviornment

This presentation will focus on going from imaging technology that identifies anatomic relationships to defining the functional significance of those relationships through the use of single cell RNAseq and cell deletion techniques. It will suggest ways in which such approaches can provide insights into both underlying biology and therapeutic possibilities.
