Connecting the Sun to the Heliosphere: High-Resolution Observations to Global Models

This talk the emerging science related to utilizing the latest high-resolution observations of active regions together with the global view to build comprehensive models of Sun. It will highlight how to deal with large data volumes such as those produced by SDO and discoveries being made when combining with simulations.
