Personalized Guns: Benefits, Technology, and Politics

Personalized guns are operable only by authorized users. The technology for such guns exists, and could be implemented to replace the traditional guns that can be transferred to any user. Estimates of the lives saved by single-user guns will be reviewed. Political and public-policy hurdles that must be overcome to shift to single-user guns will be discussed.
