Dr. Irwin Mark Jacobs is founding chairman and CEO Emeritus of Qualcomm. As CEO, Dr. Jacobs led Qualcomm's innovations in Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA), the technology underlying today's 3G mobile wireless networks. Dr. Jacobs will discuss his experiences with bringing a new technology to global markets and the evolution of wireless devices into ever-more-powerful intelligent devices.
