Drawing on the Arab Diaspora to Promote Entrepreneurship

The discusion will center on how the Tunisian American Young Professionals organization (TAYP.org) is encouraging private and public economic and investment flows between the US and Tunisia.  Mr. BenAchour will present how TAYP, a diaspora group, is supporting through its memebers and network high impact entrepreneurs in Tunisia and how it has created a networking platform for Tunisians who live in the United States to help each other professionally.  He will describe how TAYP is leveraging the Tunisian diaspora to promote entrepreneurship in Tunisia, describing a model that can be applied to other diaspora groups.
