Allocating Donor Organs in Ways that Increase Their Availability

I’ll discuss the usefulness of long nondirected donor chains in kidney exchange, and allocation rules for deceased donors that give priority to people who have themselves registered to be deceased organ donors. If time allows I will also discuss a recent experiment concerned with the effectiveness of different ways of eliciting deceased donor registration.
