Responsible Collaborations in Interdisciplinary Research

Collaborations between natural and social scientists are difficult enough to achieve; evaluating them in terms of responsible innovation is even more daunting. This talk suggests such collaborations should be mutually responsive to diverse problem definitions and balance critical reflection with enhanced creativity. It presents results from socio-technical collaborations in over two-dozen laboratories on three continents aimed at documenting responsible innovation in practice.
