The Changing Policy Environment and How It Affects STEM Education

This presentation will outline the policy environments that are shaping state expectations and investments in STEM education across the United States and discuss the assumtions that drive those policy changes. Attention will also be given to ways in which state STEM policies are shaped and opportunitgies for bringing together the concerns of educators, employers and policymakers.
