Working Within a State Policy Environment

Efforts to increase college attainment in today's complex environment require bringing together effective transfer articulation models and integrating quality concerns with state policy initiatives and con cerns of employers. The challenges faced by public institutions in attracting and graduating STEM professionals will be explored in the context of the California State University system using the theme of sustainability.
