Pre-registration required This workshop will focus on professional development issues for graduate students, post-docs, and early career scientists. Among the topics included are: diversity in science; understanding authorship requirements; participating in interdisciplinary collaborations; thinking about the "broader impacts" of one's research; engaging a mentor; critical leadership skills; and conflict management.
