This talk would explore the challenges print journalists face as they cover science amidst a massive shakeup in newspapers. It will look at how journalists handle political polarization as well as the transition to the Web, while producing thoughtful, analytical pieces on climate change, oceans, forests and other topics which have domestic as well as international dimensions.
