If we are alone in the struggle for a healthier life style we often lose out in the fight against all the temptations and find ourselves eating the big cake, or dropping today's sports exercise. However, sharing food and participating in sport together most likely has been fundamentally connected with the evolution of human social behavior. In this talk, research on how fostering a healthy lifestyle could be achieved via the power of social environment will be presented.
