This article aims to argue on how to form philosophical dialogue for effective communication between experts or scholars, who have diverse language, culture and education background, the vast majority of teachers or students and philosophers of Britain-American analytical school. The specific methods are as follows: Firstly, perform well in small-scale interpersonal dialogue, which is to clarify terms and proverbs; Secondly, complete knowledge ontology, namely specific terms and common proverbs that can be stored in philosophical knowledge database, so that the function relation can be called repeatedly between the available natural number ID and several knowledge points. Finally, match Chinese and English common usages. The result is that the formed three types of bilingual language, which are called the generalized bilingual language, are very conductive to the experts, scholars and the vast majority of teachers and students, because they can get a regular help from this kind of computer-aided speculative system. Its significance lies in the acceleration or the promotion of experts, scholars and the vast majority of teachers and students, who have diverse language, culture and education background, to get familiar with the formations of philosophical dialogue.
