Studies have revealed that interactive computer interaction/simulation gives the ability to bring clarity to the participant to experience the real-time scenario which in-turn accelerate the change on obtaining results obtained normaly. Most of the simulation models are stand alone and cross platform dependent exceptionally few. In this paper, we present use of interactive computer simulation which is mobile and cross platform independent acts as a participation bed that allows diverse stakeholders to collaborate on various scenarios pertaining to water allocation. This application interacts with a simulation model to determine the quality of life based on the resource allocation done with various scenarios. To make more impact in the usage, the application is devised in such a way that it is more adaptable to the medium in which it is deployed. The application is made mobile using the state of art design layouts named media queries so that it adapts to the native layout of all media devices. It is also devised to handle multi-user interaction scenarios by making it more asynchronous and real-time by which the application might acts as a great learning tool for exploring and testing the policy choices and helps evaluating the sustainability of water based on the current scenario. We also concentrate on the user experience to provide a rich and simple user interface which helps the participants to experience the real-time scenario. Also, making it mobile helps to improve the scalability of the application and accessibility through many means. Narrowing down deeper to the perspective, the effect of developing a mobile, interactive, asynchronous and effective simulation models has a great impact on the decisions close to the real world and in turn might help to obtain accurate results on prediction. All together the experiments designed with a state of art technology model/simulation provides the fact to have a great impact on the results determined out of that simulation. And also encouraging for the participants to understand the cases.
