Two Major Categories of Formal Strategy

 This article aims to explain the two major categories of formal strategy for software engineering. Among them, the first category of formal strategy involved: programming languages and natural language; the second category of formal strategy involves: binary and decimal, decimal numbers and Chinese characters, Chinese and English (can be changed) the three types of bilingual co-transformation belonging to formalize its expanding research field. The result: the paper highlights the second category of formal strategy. Its significance lies in: to reveal its theoretical basis and to provide the generalized bilingual information processing technology for knowledge systems engineering of disciplines, including linguistics, that is helpful to non-English speaking computer users to improve the language environment of man-machine dialogue.
