The mission of the Outdoor Education Program is to enhance and enrich student learning as an integral part of physical education by providing opportunities for hands-on, experiential, authentic learning in an outdoor setting. In addition, it was increasing the skills for camping because of huge disaster in 2011. It was opportunities for student social growth in environmental stewardship through an enhanced awareness, appreciation, and sense of responsibility for the environment and our human life. It was reported currently that the Outdoor Education and Leadership in Japanese University emphasis trains students to work as leaders, guides and educators in outdoor environments. The emphasis focuses on experiential learning and includes field-based activities to develop technical and interpersonal skills for outdoor related education. The purpose of this study was to investigate the evaluation of educational number of periods for training in camping educations and the experience as a leaders of major institution of higher learning in Japanese University course. Moreover it was studied that how influenced attitudes and behavior change of attitude student in quality of life.Therefore, we did research on how students with an outdoor education major, with learning outcome of being outdoor education leaders, are influenced in their attitude and leadership approach by their experience as the training staff. There were applied the eleven students as camping leaders for this study. It was different experience from initial to over three times educational course.Results : It was analyzed conducted by 11 people interviewed that they were getting the awareness as camp leaders than before in any cases. Better experienced than inexperienced, They can Lead the inexperienced staff to be  future leaders of the outdoor education. Particularly striking Keywords: “It is difficult to experience” “Useless even if only you know” “Want to be leaders” “Catholic” ” Feelings of others found”. We reviewed keywords from the students’ reports before, during and after the camp, and studied how they changed. Had more experience in caring for others.From this, Found that feelings grow to cooperate. It experiences also help during a disaster now in JAPAN.
