This paper aims at revealing the theoretical model of collaborative intelligence computing system from the collaborative intelligence perspective. This model derives from data information processing and knowledge information processing as its application. Firstly, a verifiable method is proposed within the n^2 matrix by using two basic algorithms, which are enumeration based on divergence equivalent to the way of 2^n and search based on convergence equivalent to the way of 1/2^n, aiming at purifying the digital computing. It is characterized by satisfying the condition under which the value of “n” does not influence computational efficiency of finishing the indirect computational tasks. Secondly, the frequencies of the reuse of Yan and Yu can both be easily calculated indirectly,by using the method of value-taking from the author's fundamental research in general linguistics. In broad sense, it takes both Chinese and decimal system as examples by adopting the method of confidence-building that means within the range of n^2 matrix corresponding to each grid which the indirect formalization processing is used towards the basic unit namely Yan as a single syllable, then the derived unit namely Yu from bi-syllable to each kinds of multi-syllable. Thus, this model can not only make people to reveal the double technique routes toward bi-linguistic information processing, but also to verify the hypothesis of informatics basic laws, which dominate the indirect computing model and indirect formalization method. At last, it can be concluded that the previous two verifiable empirical methods are the third type of information processing generated by rational division, highly collaborative intelligence computing system and its application such as the computer-aided analysis of various bilingual information. The main target of this kind of cloud computing is the customers who need computer-aided bilingual information processing in various types of creative cooperative and productive activities, such as the academic forefront of various journals and conference abstracts home and abroad, the answers to Frequent Answered Questions of a variety of software and their Help Files, the individual records of collaborative intelligent computing system users, the limited symbols of natural language and its limited rules inherent in the diverse combination process or the reuse process and so on. The significance of this study lies not only in solving the fundamental problem in theory research of Chinese, but also in general linguistics in broad sense by using the two methods.
