The Nanoscale Informal Science Education Network works to build partnerships between scientists and science museums to build the capacity of both to engage the public in learning about nanotechnology. Resources include NanoDays, an annual event hosted now at over 200 sites, an online catalog of educational materials available for free to anyone in the world, and a community website to help scientists and informal educators find people with common interest in public outreach about nano research.
