The Post-Disaster Needs Assessment Process: Model, Tools, and Recommendations

In his presentation, Stuart Gill will present the Post–Disaster Needs Assessment Process, paying particular attention to its underpinning methodologies. He will discuss experiences and lessons learned from the recent Haiti earthquake, concluding his talk with recommendations drawn jointly with UNITAR/UNOSAT and the EC-JRC.
