Patentability standards have changed dramatically in the last five years, yet many practitioners stick to old style drafting and prosecution strategies. This prolongs the patenting process and makes it very expensive. This workshop will present practical tips, tricks, and techniques to draft applications to facilitate prosecution and to prosecute applications successfully by facilitating exchanges between attorneys and examiners.
