The talk will address how governments and universities can bring renewed focus on excellence. Increasing its capacity to support discovery research, Canada has strengthened its ability to attract and retain the best students and professors, promote business-academic relationships and foster innovation. Excellence is a driver for creating stronger relationships with national and international granting agencies and organizations and increase the number, scope and impact of joint initiatives available to researchers.
